Owen J. Roberts, Chairman and CEO
After graduating cum laude in Engineering from Princeton University, he was on active duty as a USAF commissioned officer. He founded CFC® in 1961. He has served as a director of The Mennen Company and Jockey International, Inc. and as trustee of The Poynter Institute for Media Studies, Inc.

Thomas P. Melady, Ph.D., Vice President
Dr. Melady was President of Sacred Heart University. He has served as U.S. Ambassador to Burundi, Uganda and The Holy See (The Vatican). He is currently Diplomat in Residence at The Institute of World Politics.

Donald R. Haragan, Ph.D., Vice President
Dr. Haragan was President of Texas Tech University. He has served as academic specialist to the U.S. Information Agency and as a consultant to the University of Jordan in Amman.

Dale F. Nitzschke, Ph.D., Vice President
Dr. Nitzschke has served three universities as President: Southeast Missouri State, the University of New Hampshire and Marshall University. He currently represents Southeast Missouri State to both state and federal government.

John J. Wittich, Ph.D., retired, Vice President 1983 to 2004
Dr. Wittich earned his Ph.D. at Stanford University. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II in the South Pacific Theater. Dr. Wittich was President of MacMurray College and Director of Graduate Studies at Claremont University Center.

Nelson M. Hoffman, Jr., Ph.D., deceased, Vice President 1988 to 2008
Dr. Hoffman served as President of Midway College. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in the North Atlantic Theater. He was Headmaster of The Pennington School after service as a missionary with the Methodist Church in India.

Harrison Shull, Ph.D., deceased, Vice President 1988 to 2003
Dr. Shull graduated from Princeton University summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. He served as Provost of the Naval Postgraduate School. He was a member of the National Academy of Sciences, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
